Because Mail Magic is a web based system you can access it from either a PC or a Mac. Mail Magic has been tried and tested to ensure that you will receive a great service on all hardware.

Mail Magic uses the latest WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) to ensure you always have the latest features in email creation. But just because the editor is advanced it doesn’t mean you need to be an expert to use it, it really is very simple to master.

Mail Magic allows you to open multiple accounts for your companies. This becomes useful for tracking the results for different products or services that you offer.

Personalisation

Our advanced software allows you to merge up to 27 different fields from your data into any email. This could be as straight forward as your clients first name right through to a short paragraph with more information.

All you need to do is search your computer for a file, select the CSV you want to upload and let Mail Magic take care of the rest.

Unlimited Data Lists

Unlike many email marketing service providers we don’t limit the amount of data you can hold within Mail Magic. This means you have total flexibility to manage your data in a way that suits you.

Duplicate Data Cleansing

You don’t need to worry about uploading duplicate data. Mail Magic will flag that the record is also in another group and place a copy in each whilst placing a marker on the record. This means if you send a campaign to multiple groups Mail Magic will ensure that each recepitant only ever receives one copy of the email.

Management of Bounce and Failed Addresses
