Will my email template work on gmail-hotmail or other web based emails clients?

We do have clients that use digital stationery in other programs however we do not provide support for these, we do however provide installation instructions for outlook and thunderbird.

What kind of open rate can I expect for my campaign?

Open rates vary all the time, in many industries they are seasonal and depend on the weather. However you should be aiming for an open rate of 18-20% and a click through of 3-7%.

How easy is the system to use?

Mail Magic uses the latest WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editors which have been designed with ease of use in mind. If you are confident using the Microsoft word product then you will be able to use Mail Magic as the interface’s are very similar.

What hours is the support line open?

We believe in treating existing clients and prospects in the same way. Therefore we have one central phone line which is manned between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If you require support out of these hours please email your issue to info@mail-magic.co.uk with Urgent support required as the title of the email.

Can Mail Magic manage the campaigns for you?

Yes we manage many of our clients campaigns. This is a service we charge from but it ensures that your campaign looks right and has the best chance of delivery.

Does Mail Magic run system training courses?

We do from time to time run a 'Getting the most out of Mail Magic' training course at a midlands location. However at anytime feel free to ask us for help this can be provided in a couple of different ways - a meeting at our offices or via the internet where we give you access to our screen so you can see what we are doing whilst we are talking to you.

The person that knew how to use Mail Magic has left the business, we need someone else training does it cost and if so how much?

We are happy to provide a system training session at your place of work where we will answer any questions you may have - these session cost £179+vat and include a trouble shoot session via the internet 1month after the training.

We are thinking of becoming a Mail Magic client but we want to speak to some existing clients can we do that?

Yes, we are happy to provide you with a list of people that are currently using Mail Magic and they are getting great results and a great service from us so they should have no problems with talking to you.

I like what I see on the website but I want a discount - what discounts do you offer?

We are priced very competitively if you compare us to a like for like service, and because we are constantly developing the system and services we offer we don't negotiate on price. However we are happy to discuss payment terms to help make email marketing affordable for you.

If I refer a friend do I get a discount?

Throughout the year we run various campaigns where we actively encourage clients to refer a friend to us. If you do and they buy we tend to do something fun rather than give you a cash kickback for example the last campaign we did a Ferrari day and spent the morning racing round a race track before enjoying a lunch and networking between clients.

Would Mail Magic consider working on a results only basis?

Unfortunately this is not terms we can engage with clients on. The reason for this is simple, we know email marketing very well however we are not experts in other markets. For example you may be asking us to work results only when your product is not right for the market place or may be 30% more expensive like for like than the rest of the market.

Is it possible for the results to show a click through but not an open.

Like all email marketing providers Mail Magic tracks its results through a cleaver piece of code that's hidden behind a small Mail Magic logo at the bottom of the email - therefore if your recipient does not load the images but clicks the link then this will show as a click but not a read.

Can you take the Mail Magic logo off the emails?

We can take the Mail Magic logo off the bottom of the emails and replace it with another image. This is looked at on a case by case basis and a premium is always charged for this service.

What web browser should I use?

All of the web browsers have different functionalities and deal with things in a slightly different way. For the best results we recommend you use Firefox. This is a free download simply type Firefox into your web browser and download it from there.
