Email Templates

Templates start from as little as £150 and come in full html format. These templates are created with your branding in mind, we use the theme of your website along with your company logo, once this has been designed we upload it into Mail Magic’s for you to use when you require it. This means that every email you send out with look fantastic with your branding on each email. We also send the header and footer to you in a way which it can simply be installed into your personal email system so that the email you send is reinforcing your brand.

Level 2 designs are complex to build, but the detail within the template reflects the quality of your brand these templates are available from £200. These templates are available for you to use in your own email system and highlight the professionalism of your organisation.

There are two different types of Level 3 designs. Firstly there is the advert which is similar to the one created for the internet market summit on the left, this is a structured advert which cannot be used as an email signature. This design would be perfect for advertising special events, promotions, product launches, new websites and other one-off events. The second design is a fully bespoke email template and signature which is developed between your company and Mail Magic’s design team, these designs retail at £300.

Data Entry

This is available to all clients who purchase email marketing from Mail Magic at a discounted rate of 25 pence per record. This will include, the following headers:

First Name, 2nd Second Name, Company, Position, Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, Address 4, County, Postcode, Phone, Mobile , Fax, Web, Email address and Source code.

For clients who wish to purchase data entry only a charge of 38 pence per record will apply.
