Above and Beyond is the ultimate residential email marketing training course, no matter what your level of experience we will show you how to create and manage a sustained email marketing campaign. Over the two days you will not only learn how to create and execute a target email marketing campaign  but you will leave the course having completed your first three email marketing campaigns. You will have a comprehensive plan of how you are going to follow up the campaign and what steps you need to take to make the campaign a success.

Our Above and Beyond course starts with the Mail Magic team carrying out a review of your current email marketing strategy and mailshots if you have them. As part of this review we will analyse your current client base and any data you are planning to use for your email marketing campaign to make sure they match. Should you require more data we will identify what market sectors you should be targeting and advise you on the best places to source that data from.  

As part of the pre event analysis we complete a telephone review to see what other marketing you are undertaking and how we can slot email marketing into your marketing mix. This may be something as simple as providing you with a sign up form for your website or we will also advise you on what you can prepare to help you get the most out of the training course. 


To ensure that your emails fit seamlessly into your current marketing plans we will design and build you a set of three bespoke templates (an example of which can be shown here). To compliment your bespoke marketing templates we will also create a matching digital stationery design for your day to day office emails emails*. This means every time you email one of your clients / prospects your email will match your website branding and have the benefit of live links to relevant parts of your website. All of these templates will be waiting for you when you arive at above and beyond.The first day of ‘Above and Beyond‘ covers all the basics of email marketing and  how to plan your email marketing strategy. This will include leveraging on current email marketing trends to maximise your results, how to group your data for more effective results, and the importance of getting the offer right. After Lunch the course moves on to preparing your email for delivery including design and content planning. 

Day two is the DOING day! We start off by reviewing your email marketing strategy you have created on day one and making any tweaks that are needed. You will then write the first two email marking mailshots and supporting articles that will be uploaded to your website/blog we will have a qualified copy writer on site to help you make your emails sound attractive. The afternoon you will be shown how to use your dedicated Mail Magic account and place the both your written copy and some supportive images into your account meaning you can create further campaigns at a time that suits you.The course is presented by Mail Magic’s founder and email marketeer Lee Callender whose experience and knowledge has been built up through the delivery of thousands of campaigns across a wide range of industry sectors. You will be provided with a course pack containing copies of the presentation slides used and more detailed information on the topics covered.
