Beginner's Guide

The course content has been specifically designed to help anyone looking to introduce email marketing to their organisation for the first time, whether the objective is to generate sales, build awareness or increase customer loyalty. We'll show you not only what makes a good campaign, but also how to measure its impact on your bottom line as well as covering all of the basics of email marketing, and you will leave at the end of the course with a clear 'to do' list to help you implement the things you learn on the day.

As with all of our courses they are designed to be very interactive and we encourage people to engage with the tutor and share their knowledge no matter how limited and ask questions at any time.
